Our Story
Mema’s Hands
Founder and Executive Director Susan Bill brings both personal and professional experience to this mission. Having walked alongside a loved one with dementia, and as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Geriatric Care Manager, she felt a loving nudge from God to create this faith-based care program. In October 2018, guided by her faith and belief in the mission, Susan made the courageous decision to leave her respected career and devote all her energy to ensuring the program’s success.

To provide valuable education, comprehensive resources, caregiver respite, and spiritual support for those affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Through community collaboration, we strive to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families facing these challenges.

Susan Bill
Executive Director
Susan is a Geriatric Care Manager and Dementia Practitioner. Susan brings her passion for older people, along with years of experience in the senior living industry to serve in this position.
Robert P. Rittereiser
Board President
Bob has served as CEO, CFO and director of public and Security Industry corporations, and as a court appointed trustee. He continues today as a non-executive Chairman of Bellrock Intelligence, Inc.
Tiffany McGuire
Secretary
Tiffany is a Manager of Revenue Systems with Greystar Real Estate Partners and oversees the execution of policies, processes, and procedures related to property team members and real estate.
Tim Petrie
Treasurer
Tim Petrie is a Senior Manager with Lovell-Smit & Associates, PLLC in Charlotte, NC. Tim provides attest, assurance, and business advisory services. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and North Carolina.
Paul Bill
Development Chair
Paul is a Marketing and Business Development Executive with the passion to build revenue growth organizations. He currently works with LPL Financial as a Service Center Manager.
Jenae S. Forsythe
Board Member
With over 20 years of management experience and more than two decades of successful sales experience, Jenae is the Director of Sales at Harbor Retirement Associates.
Irene C. Rayman
Board Member
Irene is a medical sociologist with extensive experience as a researcher and medical writer in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She currently works as a consultant to Mary Ann Liebert, Inc.
